Frequently Asked Questions
Get clear answers about how Compo Pronto works, eligibility, and repayments.
Do I need good credit?
No. We don’t check credit scores. Your loan is secured against your future compensation, so your credit history doesn’t affect your eligibility.
Is it really no-win, no-fee?
Yes. You only repay the loan if and when your case settles successfully. If you don’t win, you don’t pay us back.
How quickly can I access funds?
Once verified, you’ll receive a $1,000 advance instantly. Larger amounts may follow as your claim progresses.
How do I repay the loan?
Your lawyer repays us directly from the settlement held in their trust account when your case settles.
What types of claims do you support?
We provide compensation advances for:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Workplace injuries
- Slip & fall injuries
- Medical negligence claims
Who is eligible to apply?
You’re eligible if:
- You were not at fault for the injury
- You have a lawyer managing your claim
- You sign a repayment authority which is submitted to your lawyer.
- You were employed at the time of injury
How much can I borrow?
You’ll receive an initial $1,000 advance. Depending on your claim value and stage, you may access up to 50% of your likely compensation amount in staged advances.
