Four steps. Built around your lawyer.
You apply online, we confirm your claim with your solicitor, and we send your money. The whole thing is designed to be straightforward for you and frictionless for your lawyer.
Apply online
Fill out a short form on your phone or computer. We ask about your accident, your injuries, and your lawyer. Most people finish it in around five minutes.
You don't need to upload everything immediately. Get the basics in first, and we'll guide you through any supporting documents we still need.
About 5 minutesWe confirm your claim with your solicitor
We contact your solicitor directly to verify the basics — that you're represented, that the claim is on foot, and that liability isn't in serious dispute.
We also ask your solicitor to sign a written repayment authority. This is the document that tells them to repay us from your settlement when it lands. Your solicitor reviews it before signing — nothing happens behind your back.
Usually 2–5 business daysYour initial $1,000 lands in your bank account
Once everything's confirmed, your initial advance is paid directly into your nominated Australian bank account. You don't have to ask permission to use it — it's yours, to spend on whatever you need most.
As your claim progresses and the picture becomes clearer, you can apply for further advances up to 50% of your expected settlement.
Same day, often within hoursYour lawyer repays us at settlement
When your claim settles, your settlement money goes into your lawyer's trust account, as it always does. Your lawyer then repays us directly from that account, and the balance is paid to you.
You never have to write us a cheque. If your claim doesn't settle, you don't repay us — we bear that risk.
At settlement — not beforeFour things, all easy to gather.
You'll need these to complete your application. If you don't have one immediately, apply anyway — we can collect missing items as we go.
